Ohio Cattlemen's Regional Meeting
    On January 24, 2007, at 7 pm, a regional meeting for southwest Ohio cattlemen will be held at the Collinsville, Ohio, community center.  The meeting will discuss How to improve your carcass quality.  Included in the presentation will be a taste testing comparing local cattlemen's farm-raised beef.  Their steaks will be prepared by the staff from the Hamilton Texas Roadhouse Restaurant.  Christy Johnson, Director of Supply Development with Certified Angus Beef, will discuss steps in improving your carcass.  Judging will evaluate quality grade and taste. Also, an update on the animal ID program and how to register your premise in Ohio will be presented by the Ohio Cattlemen's Staff.  For additional details call Beverly Roe SW Ohio Director at 513-726-6540 or Ohio Cattlemen's at 614- 873-6736.

 Butler County Cattlemen's Annual Banquet
    February 8, 2007 - Social Hour 6 pm, dinner 7 pm at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 3350 Chapel Road, Shandon, Ohio.
